Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your British Curry Network (BCN) account and personal data at any time using the form below, or by emailing us directly. This page applies to accounts created on the BCN mobile app and website.

What will be deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, phone, password).
• Your listings and content — restaurants, job postings, marketplace items, and job applications.
• Your messages and in-app notifications.
• Your saved preferences and profile details.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it — for example, records of membership payments and invoices needed for tax and accounting — for the period required by law. This data is kept secure and is not used for any other purpose. Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you may also be retained.

Timeline

We process deletion requests and remove your personal data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your account has been deleted. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
